Job summary

Qualifications

• Provide supervision and coaching to Workplace Experience staff.
• Coordinate daily activities, schedules and cross-train team.
• Build trusted client relationships and negotiate priorities.
• Ensure efficient, consistent support and propose process improvements.
• Assess training needs and safety standards for staff and clients.
• Develop and manage vendor partnerships and contracts.
• Oversee third-party vendor programs (food, events, transport, mail).
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor training and development; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish schedules and cross-train staff; set deadlines.
• Build and maintain a trusted client relationship; negotiate with clients, partners, and associates to resolve priorities.
• Ensure support provided by the team is efficient and consistent; suggest process improvements and develop strategic solutions.
• Assess technological and training needs for Workplace Experience teams and clients; follow safety standards.
• Develop vendor partnerships; manage negotiations for contracts; ensure insurance and documentation are current.
• Oversee programs ran by third party vendors (food delivery, events, transportation, mail); ensure invoices billed.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values to align stakeholders.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
