Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• Ability to explain detailed information clearly to the team.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular floor walks to greet employees and support needs.
• Oversee office supply procurement and inventory management.
• Coordinate on-site events, space setup, and post-event resets.
• Organize conference rooms and shared spaces to align with client standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and act as EHS advocate.
• Manage soft-services requests and coordinate with vendors.
• Coordinate internal moves and seating changes with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as primary contact for Workplace Experience requests via ticketing systems.
• Create client materials following brand guidelines.
• Lead and coach Coordinators to meet service standards.
