Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Supervisor to lead a team delivering world-class workplace services at a designated building. The role focuses on coaching, escalation management, and stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless operation and exceptional client experiences.

You will guide daily priorities, support onboarding and training, and foster a collaborative culture that drives accountability and continuous improvement across facility services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in property management, workplace experience, facilities, or related operations.
• Experience supervising teams and driving accountability in service delivery.
• Strong communication skills for coaching and cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Workplace Coordinators to build judgment and service ownership.
• Escalate and resolve complex or high-priority workplace issues across teams.
• Coordinate with partners to resolve escalations and ensure timely closure of tasks.
• Model professional communication and accountable problem-solving in a fast-moving workplace.
• Assign coverage, review schedules, and balance workload to maximize impact.
