CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Workplace Experience Supervisor to oversee a team delivering world-class workplace services within a designated building. You will coordinate daily activities, manage staff, and ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift leader or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to explain complex concepts.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish schedules and cross-train staff.
• Maintain records of costs; review invoices as needed.
• Respond to customer requests and complaints about the experience services department.
• Approve client materials; ensure brand alignment and maintain databases used in service delivery.
• Develop and maintain vendor partnerships; assist with contract negotiations and ensure insurance and contractual documents are current.
• Deliver a world-class orientation experience to new employees and develop techniques to meet objectives.
• Enforce safety standards with employees, clients, and vendors; assist in Service Business Continuity planning.
• Resolve complex problems and identify approaches to achieve team objectives.
• Lead by example and guide the team through CBRE practices; build consensus.
