Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Local seeks a Workplace Experience Technology Manager to own the technology strategy, governance, training, and ongoing improvement across workplace systems. You will coordinate CBRE resources to deliver seamless employee tech experiences on-site with clients.

You'll lead as a Technology Advisory Consultant, product strategist, and data governance advisor, align investments with business goals, and manage the backlog and stakeholder communications for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for Workplace Experience Technology initiatives.
• Act as Technology Advisory Consultant, Product Strategist, IWMS implementation lead, and Data Governance/Integration adviser.
• Support the strategic expansion of Workplace Experience Technology.
• Assess technology opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Align technology investments with business objectives.
• Function as the product owner for the workplace technology portfolio.
• Lead response and issue resolution for various software/hardware deployed.
• Drive continuous improvement across the workplace technology ecosystem.
• Coordinate with CBRE Facilities Management staff on-site to resolve issues.
• Own the business side of integrations including requirements, governance, and testing.
