Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Workplace Experience Supervisor to lead a team delivering world-class building services. You will coach, mentor, and coordinate Floor Hosts, ensuring timely responses to escalations and high-quality occupant experiences.

You’ll partner with Building Technicians, vendors, IT, and facilities leadership to resolve issues, drive process improvements, and onboard new staff.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• 3–5 years of experience in property management, workplace experience, facilities coordination, hospitality, or related operational environment.
• Prior supervisory or people-leadership experience required.
• Strong communication skills for coaching and partnering with stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira, Slack, and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Workplace Coordinators to build judgment, communication, service ownership, and daily confidence.
• Act as first escalation point for delays, unclear issues, or high-priority escalations.
• Guide daily priorities, issue routing, stakeholder communication, escalation timing, and closure expectations.
• Support onboarding and training on workplace standards, inspection routines, tools, and service partners.
• Foster collaboration and accountability, balancing team coverage and schedules.
• Ensure Floor Hosts deliver quality work and clear ownership of issues or requests.
• Provide timely feedback on performance, communication, and follow-through.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve escalations and share lessons learned.
