Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Associate to deliver world-class service to employees and guests in a designated building. You will be the first point of contact, greet visitors, manage passes, and coordinate meetings and activities.

You will support a range of administrative tasks, from janitorial and maintenance coordination to new hire orientation and data-driven problem solving, all while following security procedures and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of related experience.
• Understanding of processes, procedures, systems and concepts within own job function.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for all those entering the facility; greet visitors and issue passes.
• Answer the telephone professionally and assist with presentations.
• Arrange and confirm activities on behalf of the requestor.
• Approve maintenance work orders and resolve vendor issues as needed.
• Resolve inquiries or complaints with professional customer service.
• Oversee office supplies, meeting coordination, and equipment care.
