Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and guests on entry and issue passes following security protocols.
• Answer phones professionally and prepare presentations for groups of various sizes.
• Coordinate and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities as requested.
• Oversee facilities services including mail, office supplies, and onboarding tasks.
• Address inquiries or complaints with a customer-service oriented approach.
• Organize and manage on-site events, including room setup and teardown.
• Follow building security and emergency procedures and coordinate with responsible parties.
• Coordinate with vendors providing workplace services and goods.
