Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Workplace Experience Coordinator to deliver world-class service to employees and visitors in a designated building. You will be the first point of contact, greet entrants, manage passes, and uphold security protocols.

The role focuses on coordinating events, facilities services, and vendor interactions while maintaining professional communication and organization.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in applying work.
  • Strong communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for employees and visitors, greeting and facilitating access.
  • Answer phones professionally; create presentations and address group communications.
  • Coordinate recreational, dining and business activities for requestors.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders; coordinate mail and onboarding.
  • Acknowledge inquiries and provide professional customer service solutions.
  • Organize and manage on-site events; arrange space setup and teardown and supplies.
  • Follow security and emergency procedures; coordinate with relevant parties for safety.
  • Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
  • Explain information clearly within the team and follow manager directions.
  • Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
