CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to deliver world-class customer service to employees and visitors at a designated building. You will greet guests, manage passes, and support events, clerical tasks, and vendor coordination in a dynamic workplace.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and adherence to security procedures, with a focus on proactive problem solving and professional guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them and issue visitor and parking passes.
  • Answer the telephone professionally; create presentations and speak to groups.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders; coordinate workplace services including mail and onboarding.
  • Address inquiries or complaints professionally and provide solutions.
  • Organize and manage on-site events; set up and tear down, deliver supplies.
  • Follow security and emergency procedures; coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Explain detailed information; follow manager directions and existing procedures.
