You will support the Workplace Experience team by coordinating on-site events, managing guest registrations, and working with IT/AV for smooth event execution. The role emphasizes hospitality, attention to detail, and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience delivering high-touch hospitality or workplace experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple events and logistics simultaneously.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute on-site events, including room bookings and setup.
• Print and place event signage and badges for attendees.
• Prepare spaces by checking seating, cleanliness, and supplies.
• Register guests in the visitor system and manage check-in.
• Coordinate with IT/AV for tech setup during events.
• Escort large groups from lobby to event areas.
• Support high-touch events with onsite staffing and decor.
• Receive and distribute vendor deliveries and oversee setup/teardown.
• Lead office tours and assist guests with accessibility needs.
