Job summary

ESFM USA in New York, NY, is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to oversee the daily workplace environment and ensure a high-quality experience for occupants and visitors.

You will supervise front-of-house services, coordinate facilities and hospitality initiatives, and partner with clients to support a safe, efficient, and welcoming workspace while aligning with safety and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills and experience in customer experience.
• Excellent communication with clients, service partners and internal teams.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret workplace data and metrics.
• Project management experience to plan and implement initiatives.
• Experience in workplace experience, facilities management, or hospitality is beneficial.
• On-site work in New York, NY and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, safety, sustainability, and user experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, facilities management, hospitality, or related field, or equivalent experience.
