Career Group is seeking a polished Workplace Operations Manager to oversee workplace experience and operations for a large corporate account in Midtown Manhattan. This high-visibility role requires discretion, strong client service, and the ability to lead a national workplace team.

You will manage facilities, reception, hospitality, events and vendor relationships, ensure consistent service standards across locations, and serve as the primary client-facing leader.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in workplace experience, facilities, or related fields.
• Strong people-management experience across multi-location teams.
• Experience in financial services or a sophisticated professional-services environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a national workplace team of 19+ employees.
• Oversee facilities, reception, hospitality, and client services.
• Serve as the primary client-facing leader for the account.
• Maintain visibility across locations and ensure consistent service standards.
• Manage vendor relationships, sourcing, quotes, and RFP processes.
• Oversee building-related issues and after-hours escalation.
• Support employee onboarding and workplace programming.
• Partner on corporate events and community-building initiatives.
• Utilize workplace technology and reporting tools to improve efficiency.
