Qualifications

• 7+ years in workplace experience, hospitality, facilities, or related field.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong hospitality, service mindset and customer-focused approach.
• Experience leading workplace operations in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work with senior executives and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NY Workplace Experience team and oversee daily operations.
• Manage relationships with senior leaders, employees, clients, and vendors.
• Oversee budget, procurement, and service delivery across offices.
• Ensure health, safety, security, and business continuity standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support events and space planning.
• Identify improvements and drive continuous service enhancements across the portfolio.
