Qualifications

• 5–8 years in office management, hospitality, or corporate operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in workplace experience, front office administration or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with seating assignments and desk moves.
• Vendor management and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office operations to maintain a productive, organized environment.
• Lead the Americas Workplace Experience team and coordinate with global counterparts.
• Support onboarding, office tours, and front desk activities.
• Manage contracts, vendors, and service providers with SLAs.
• Plan events, budgeting, and travel as needed.
• Develop standards and training guides for cross-office consistency.
• Monitor expenses, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
