Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to deliver a world-class customer service experience for employees and guests. You will greet visitors, issue passes, answer phones, and coordinate activities and services within the designated building.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with MS Office; a high school diploma or GED is required, with up to 2 years of related experience. This is an on-site position in the United States.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all entering the facility; greet visitors and issue passes.
  • Answer phones professionally and assist with presentations and group communications.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities.
  • Coordinate workplace services including mail, office supplies, and onboarding.
  • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints and provide professional solutions.
  • Organize and manage on-site events and vendor coordination.
