Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attentiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Greet entrants and issue passes, following security protocols.
  • Answer phones professionally and assist with basic presentations.
  • Coordinate recreational, dining, and business activities as requested.
  • Coordinate janitorial/maintenance work orders and on-site services.
  • Respond to inquiries/complaints with professional service.
  • Plan and manage on-site events: space, setup, teardown, supplies.
  • Follow security/emergency procedures and notify relevant parties.
  • Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
  • Explain information clearly and follow manager directions.
  • Apply existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.
