Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Los Angeles seeks a Community Manager to curate the daily workplace experience at an assigned client site. As onsite ambassador, you blend hospitality with operations to anticipate needs and drive seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities include welcome duties, space readiness checks, event logistics, service-request tracking, and clear internal communications. A 1–2 year background in related roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, community management, employee experience, or a customer-facing workplace role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with employees, vendors, and partners.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks through to resolution.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Balance high-touch hospitality with day-to-day operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and hospitality anchor for employees, guests, and vendors; resolve day-to-day workplace needs.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure readiness of meeting rooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
• Coordinate onsite community programming, employee engagement activations, and event logistics.
• Submit and track workplace service requests, collaborating with Facilities and AV/IT teams.
• Draft and distribute communications about events, amenities, building updates, and interruptions.
• Manage site budgets for supplies, amenities, and small-scale programming; maintain inventories.
