Job summary

JLL in Phoenix is seeking a Community Manager to curate the daily workplace experience at the client site, blending hospitality with operations to anticipate needs and ensure seamless service delivery.

You will lead onsite programming, coordinate events from setup to post-event resets, draft clear communications, and collaborate with Facilities and AV/IT while overseeing site budgets and inventories to keep spaces welcoming and productive.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hospitality, community management, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and own tasks to resolution.
• Excellent organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and hospitality anchor for employees, guests, and vendors.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs for workplace readiness.
• Coordinate onsite community programming and events from setup to wrap-up.
• Submit, track, and follow up on service requests with Facilities and AV/IT.
• Draft and distribute workplace communications about events and updates.
• Manage site budgets for supplies and programming while keeping inventories.
