Job summary

Workstream is looking for a Location Manager in Los Angeles to oversee operations, customer engagement, and community development at their first coworking space in SoCal. You will be responsible for managing staff, facilitating partnerships, and ensuring a smooth operation of the location.

The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in hospitality or sales, a congenial personality, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in hospitality, sales, or administrative positions.
• Strong interpersonal communication, writing, and grammar skills.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute member events and secure sponsor partnerships.
• Assist with lead generation and track space-usage metrics.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to manage supplies and repairs.
