Job summary

SPS North America Inc. seeks a Workplace Experience Coordinator to design and deliver world‑class workplace experiences for a client site. You will lead events, partner with service teams and manage end-to-end front-of-house operations to create an engaging environment.

The role requires strong planning, budgeting and communication skills, plus a passion for health, culture and community engagement across diverse employee groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, marketing or similar.
• 5-7 years of work experience in a similar role (e.g. facilities management, event management, concierge, hospitality, front desk).
• 5-7 years of customer service experience in dealing with high‑touch clients.
• Demonstrated leadership and vision with influencing people.
• Experience in planning, budgeting and marketing.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.
• Can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within and outside the organization.
• Creates and builds positive and productive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Tailor experience initiatives to customer goals.
• Bring latest trends in workplace design, experiences and engagement to the site.
• Architect memorable experiences delivered through service staff and SMEs.
• Lead customized workplace events to increase productivity and engagement.
• Deliver environments and activities that promote well-being.
• Collaborate with food services/catering for event planning and production.
