Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a dynamic Workplace Solutions Manager to lead integrated workplace services for a premier client location. This leadership role blends front-of-house hospitality, workplace experience, and office services oversight to create a productive environment for employees and stakeholders.

You will shape the workplace strategy, drive service excellence, manage teams and vendors, and deliver measurable improvements in engagement, culture, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in workplace services, hospitality, facilities, operations, or corporate services.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience overseeing both customer-facing and operational service functions
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workplace Experience strategy to boost employee engagement, productivity, and culture.
• Oversee front-of-house operations including reception, hospitality, meeting services, and guest management.
• Manage back-of-house operations: mailroom, shipping, office services, logistics, and inventory.
• Lead teams and service partners; recruit, coach, and manage workplace service professionals.
• Drive business results with KPIs, SLAs, and data-driven insights; manage budgets and reporting.
• Partner with facilities, technology, security, and food service providers for seamless operations.
