Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a dynamic Workplace Solutions Manager in Washington, DC to lead integrated workplace services for a premier corporate client. This role combines front-of-house hospitality, workplace experience, and office services oversight to create a seamless and engaging environment for employees, guests, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in workplace services, hospitality, facilities, operations, or corporate services.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience leading both customer-facing and operational service functions.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workplace strategies that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and workplace culture.
• Lead reception, concierge, conference services, hospitality, and visitor management functions.
• Oversee mailroom, shipping and receiving, office services, logistics, inventory, and workplace support functions.
• Partner with Facilities, IT, Security, and Food Services to ensure seamless workplace operations.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop workplace service professionals.
• Build a high-performing culture centered on accountability, collaboration, and exceptional customer service.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery expectations.
