Job summary

SPS is seeking a dynamic Workplace Solutions Manager in Washington, DC, to lead integrated workplace services at a premier client location on-site. The role blends hospitality, workplace experience, and office services oversight to create a seamless environment for employees, guests, and stakeholders.

You will oversee reception, hospitality, meetings, mail, and back-of-house operations, partner with Facilities, IT, Security, and Food Services, manage vendors, and drive employee engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in workplace services, hospitality, facilities, operations, or corporate services.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience leading both customer-facing and operational service functions.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workplace Experience: develop strategies to enhance engagement, productivity, and culture.
• Oversee Front-of-House Operations: manage reception, concierge, conference services, and visitor management.
• Manage Back-of-House Operations: supervise mailroom, office services, logistics, and occupancy initiatives.
• Lead Teams & Service Partners: recruit, coach, mentor, and develop workplace service professionals.
• Drive Business Results: set KPIs, monitor performance, manage budgets, and present reviews.
