Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a dynamic Workplace Solutions Manager in Washington, DC to lead integrated workplace services for a premier corporate client location. You will steward front-of-house hospitality, meeting services, mail/office operations, and vendor partnerships to deliver exceptional employee and guest experiences.

In this highly visible role, you will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets and KPI/SLA performance, and build a high-performing team of workplace service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in workplace services, hospitality, facilities, operations, or corporate services.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience leading both customer-facing and operational service functions.
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workplace strategies to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and culture.
• Deliver hospitality experiences for employees, clients, and visitors while maintaining service standards.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client stakeholders on workplace trends and service delivery initiatives.
• Lead reception, concierge, conference services, hospitality, and visitor management functions.
• Oversee mailroom, shipping/receiving, office services, logistics, and workplace support.
