Job summary

SPS North America Inc. is seeking a dynamic Workplace Solutions Manager to lead integrated workplace services for a premier client location in Houston.

This role combines front-of-house hospitality, workplace experience, and office services oversight to create an engaging environment for employees, guests, and stakeholders. You will drive a workplace strategy, manage reception, events, mail, and facilities operations, and lead teams and vendors to deliver outstanding service and continuous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in workplace services, hospitality, facilities, operations, or corporate services
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Proven experience overseeing both customer-facing and operational service functions
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Workplace Experience strategy to enhance engagement, productivity, and culture
• Oversee front-of-house operations including reception, concierge, conference services, hospitality, and visitor management
• Manage back-of-house operations: mailroom, shipping/receiving, office services, logistics, and workplace support
• Recruit, coach, and manage workplace service professionals and foster a high-performance culture
• Establish KPIs and SLAs; analyze data to drive continual improvement and cost optimization
• Lead vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery expectations
