Job summary

Auburn University Montgomery is seeking a student employee to assist with event setup and related tasks on campus. You will prepare spaces according to diagrams, move and arrange supplies, and keep storage areas orderly.

Applicants must be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at AUM, have good judgment, and possess strong written and oral communication. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate good judgment and sound decision making.
• Excellent oral communication skills for in-person and written communication.
• Strong written communication abilities for emails and notices.
• Must be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at AUM.

Qualifications

This position requires the ability to exercise good judgment and excellent oral and written communication skills. Office experience is preferred.

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Must be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at AUM
• Minimum cumulative G.P.A. of 2.25 to apply, and must be maintained through term of employment
• Cannot be on any form of University probation
• Must be able to pass the University Employee Background Check

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must be able to climb stairs. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
