You will lead the Workforce Management team, collaborate with department schedulers and managers, and drive scheduling improvements to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or GED, and you must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead the WFM team with daily scheduling, coverage for leave requests and call outs.
• Collaborate with department schedulers and managers to maintain staffing levels and efficiency.
• Devise scheduling enhancements and new business models.
• Partner with department leaders to optimize staffing and develop innovative models.
• Identify best practices to maximize staffing within labor agreements and regulations.
