Job summary

MGM Resorts International is hiring a Workforce Management Specialist for Bellagio's Beverage Division in Las Vegas. You will support all departments with high-volume scheduling, accurate timekeeping, and staffing planning to meet business demands.

You will work with department leaders to optimize schedules, manage leave and callouts, and ensure equitable, compliant staffing while tracking key performance indicators daily, weekly, and monthly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of workforce management or scheduling experience.
• Experience creating scheduling solutions that reflect business demands.
• Attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily scheduling tasks and leave requests.
• Serve as SME on Workforce Management software and processes.
• Collaborate with department leaders to create staffing solutions reflecting business needs.
• Monitor KPIs such as service levels, occupancy, and call metrics.
