Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks across departments and manage leave requests and callouts.
• Serve as SME on Workforce Management software and processes.
• Collaborate with department leaders to create scheduling solutions reflecting business demands.
• Suggest scheduling changes and model new approaches.
• Ensure scheduling is ethical, compliant with labor agreements, and efficient.
• Monitor and communicate system issues and downtime.
• Track KPIs such as Service Level, Occupancy, Abandon rates, ASA and AHT daily/weekly/monthly.
