Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Director of Workforce Management to plan, direct, and oversee scheduling for the entire property, ensuring staffing efficiency and exceptional guest service.

The role leads the Workforce Management team, collaborates with property leadership, and maintains IT systems related to scheduling, all while complying with labor agreements and regulations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Working knowledge of Virtual Roster Scheduling.
• Experience with senior leadership and resort operations is a plus.
• Experience developing productivity and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop staffing standards and guest service levels.
• Provide leadership for the Workforce Management department.
• Coordinate scheduling with property leadership and unions/regulations.
• Ensure schedules comply with bargaining agreements and labor laws.
• Generate labor analytics and reporting for senior management.
