MGM Resorts International, Aria workforce team is hiring a Workforce Management Specialist in Las Vegas. You will support all departments with high-volume scheduling, accurate timekeeping, and staffing optimization to ensure smooth operations for guests and employees alike.

This role emphasizes analytics, cross-team collaboration, and compliance with labor agreements, offering growth through professional development and broad access to hotel and venue discounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively to complete daily scheduling tasks, including managing leave requests and callouts.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Workforce Management software and processes.
• Collaborate with department leaders to create scheduling solutions reflecting business demands and efficiency strategies.
• Suggest scheduling changes and create new business models.
• Identify best practices to enhance staffing while adhering to labor agreements and scheduling ethics.
• Monitor system downtime and communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Track KPI metrics such as Service Level, Occupancy, Abandon rates, ASA and AHT daily, weekly and monthly.
