Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Workforce Management Specialist for The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. You will manage high-volume scheduling, ensure precise timekeeping, and partner with leaders to meet staffing needs while upholding labor agreements and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in scheduling/workforce management.
• Experience with scheduling and timekeeping processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively to complete daily scheduling tasks, including managing leave requests and callouts.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on workforce management software and processes.
• Collaborate with department leaders to create scheduling solutions reflecting current business demands and staffing levels.
• Suggest scheduling changes and create new business models.
• Identify best practices to enhance staffing while adhering to labor agreements and ensuring equitable scheduling.
• Monitor and report on KPI metrics such as Service Level, Occupancy, Abandon rates, ASA and AHT daily/weekly/monthly.
• Track system issues and downtime and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
