Job summary

ICW Group in California is seeking a litigation representative to attend hearings, depositions, and resolve disputes in workers’ compensation claims. You will help reduce expenses while defending insureds and presenting fact-based positions.

This is a hybrid field/office role with travel up to 20 hours weekly. Minimum 2–5 years in workers’ compensation and a bachelor's degree in business administration or related field are required; claims examiner experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of workers' compensation experience.
• Claims examiner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend hearings representing ICW Group in workers’ compensation claims.
• Prepare court pleadings, reports, and settlement documents.
• Review invoices and liens; assist with defense strategies.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to other departments.
