Job summary

ICW Group, headquartered in San Diego, seeks an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to manage a caseload of moderate exposure cases and provide litigation support across the organization. You will handle investigations, discovery, depositions, and court proceedings with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate has a JD, California Bar license in good standing, and 5–8 years of WC litigation experience, with strong research, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school; CA Bar license in good standing
• Minimum 5–8 years of workers' compensation litigation experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to handle matters independently

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of California workers' compensation litigation
• Handle case strategy, discovery, depositions, and court proceedings
• Provide legal analysis and recommendations to claims personnel and clients
• Direct paralegals and support staff in assigned matters
