Job summary

ICW Group is seeking an experienced attorney to handle workers’ compensation litigation in California. The role requires independently managing a caseload and providing strategic legal services across the company.

The candidate must have a JD, be licensed in California, and possess 5–8 years of workers’ compensation litigation experience, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of workers' compensation litigation experience or equivalent.
• JD required and active California Bar license.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handles all aspects of Workers' Compensation matters and related litigation.
• Manages the entire legal process from investigation through trial and settlements.
• Represents ICW Group before state/federal courts and administrative boards.
• Provides legal advice and strategic recommendations to claims personnel and clients.
