ICW Group is seeking a seasoned attorney to manage workers’ compensation matters with moderate to high exposure. You will handle cases from investigation through trial, and provide strategic legal advice to claims personnel and clients.

The role requires a JD, CA Bar admission, and 5–8 years of workers’ compensation litigation experience, with strong negotiation, communication, and research skills. Office responsibilities include travel to court locations and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university required.
• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school required.
• Minimum 5–8 years of workers’ compensation litigation experience or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Manages all aspects of assigned Workers’ Compensation matters from investigation to trial prep and court proceedings.
• Litigates workers’ compensation cases before state and federal courts and administrative boards.
• Represents ICW Group before courts and regulatory bodies including the California Supreme Court where applicable.
• Assists in subpoenas and third-party discovery and analyzes legal issues to develop defense strategies.
