Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CA Labor Code, CA Code of Regulations, and CA Schedule for Rating Permanent Disabilities.
• Experience with workers' compensation claims and litigation processes.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents and regulatory materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation and claim disputes for workers’ compensation claims.
• Attend claim hearings representing ICW Group, including WCAB lien conferences and trials.
• Schedule and attend settlement hearings with claimants and counsel.
• Prepare filings, hearing reports, and settlement documents in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance on litigation strategies and coordinate with Claims Examiner and other departments.
