Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of assigned Workers’ Compensation matters from start to finish.
• Litigates cases before state and federal courts, boards, and other proceedings.
• Develops defense strategies and coordinates with claims personnel and clients.
• Ensures timely filing, discovery, and negotiation of settlements as needed.
