Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of workers' compensation experience.
• Claims examiner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages litigation and disputes in workers' compensation claims.
• Attends claim hearings representing ICW Group.
• Prepares court pleadings, reports and settlement documents.
• Provides subject matter expertise in the litigation aspect of WC claims.
• Applies appropriate legal defenses and negotiates resolutions.
• Collaborates with the Claims Examiner to determine solutions.
