Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 6–10 years in HR product management or HR
• Workday experience is required; Talent Management and Talent Acquisition config preferred
• Ability to govern demand, governance, and prioritisation frameworks
• Strong business analysis and requirements elicitation across HR and downstream systems
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Establish governance frameworks to intake, assess, prioritise, and approve Workday enhancements
• Own and manage the pipeline and roadmap of change for HR Workday initiatives
• Lead complex business analysis activities, including process mapping and impact assessments
• Partner with HR, IT, and business to shape requirements into Workday solution designs
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery across design, testing, and deployment
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints
• Act as subject matter expert in Workday and HR processes to guide decisions
• Define initiative vision, outcomes, and success measures with stakeholder alignment
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure transparency and value delivery
• Plan and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
