Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 6–10 years in HR Product Management / HR
• Workday experience is required; applicants without prior experience on the platform will not be considered
• Talent Management and Talent Acquisition configuration experience strongly preferred
• Financial services experience is a plus

Aufgaben

• Establish and lead governance frameworks to intake, assess, prioritise, and approve Workday enhancements, ensuring alignment with objectives and budget.
• Own and manage the pipeline and roadmap of change, balancing priorities and resources.
• Lead complex business analysis activities, including process mapping, requirements elicitation, data analysis, and impact assessments.
• Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, and the business to shape requirements into Workday designs.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams through design, testing and deployment.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints with mitigation plans.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Workday and HR processes to guide decisions.
• Define initiative vision, outcomes, and success measures with strong stakeholder alignment.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure transparency and value delivery.
• Plan and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
