Raymond James is seeking a seasoned HR Workday Transformation lead to drive governance, pipeline management, and end-to-end delivery across Workday modules. The role requires strong PM/BA capabilities and deep Workday configuration experience, including Talent Management and Acquisition functions.

The ideal candidate will partner with HR and IT stakeholders, translate business requirements into scalable designs, and manage timelines, risks, and resources for multiple concurrent initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 6–10 years in HR product management or HR roles.
• Experience with Workday Talent Management and Talent Acquisition preferred.
• Financial services experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Establish and lead governance frameworks to intake, assess, prioritise, and approve Workday enhancements.
• Own and actively manage the pipeline and roadmap of change, balancing business priorities and resources.
• Lead complex business analysis activities, including process mapping and impact assessments across HR and downstream systems.
• Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, and the business to shape and challenge requirements.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and constraints with mitigation plans.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Workday and HR processes to guide solution decisions.
• Define initiative vision, outcomes, and success measures.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies for transparency and value delivery.
• Plan and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
