Raymond James is seeking a Senior HR Workday Transformation specialist to lead PM/BA initiatives across HR and IT. You will own governance, manage the change pipeline, and translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions, coordinating with HRMS and IT teams.

The role requires deep Workday configuration experience (Talent Management and Acquisition preferred), strong stakeholder influence, and the ability to drive end‑to‑end delivery in a complex financial services environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6–10 years in HR Product Management.
• Experience with Workday is required; others may not be considered.
• Talent Management & Acquisition configuration experience preferred.
• Financial services experience is a plus.

• Establish and lead governance for Workday enhancements and alignment with strategy.
• Own pipeline and roadmap of change across HR and IT.
• Lead complex business analysis and translate requirements into Workday designs.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business to shape requirements and drive decisions.
• Deliver end‑to‑end initiatives from design through testing and deployment.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Act as SME in Workday and HR processes to optimize outcomes.
• Define initiative vision, outcomes, and success measures.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure alignment and value delivery.
• Plan and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
