Bachelor’s Degree with 6–10 years in HR Product Management / HR.
Workday experience is required for consideration.
Talent Management & Acquisition configuration experience is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead governance frameworks for Workday enhancements and align with objectives, budget, and delivery capacity.
Own and manage the pipeline and roadmap of change, balancing priorities and resources.
Lead complex business analysis across HR and downstream systems; map processes and elicit requirements.
Partner with HR, IT, and business to translate requirements into Workday designs.
Drive end-to-end delivery from design to testing and deployment, across modules as needed.
Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints with mitigation plans.
Act as a Workday subject-matter expert to guide solution decisions.
Define initiative vision, outcomes, and success measures with stakeholder alignment.
Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure transparency and value delivery.
Plan and manage timelines and resources across multiple initiatives.
