Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to drive the Time Tracking workstream on global Workday implementations. You will manage configurations, risk, budget, and client relationships while guiding onshore/offshore teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

You will help clients adopt industry-leading practices, prototype design options, and apply Accenture methodologies. Travel may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification
• 3 years of consulting experience at Sr. Consultant level
• 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations
• 1 year of Education or Government experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Support the creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
• Researching and resolving day to day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues
• Work with client to support the new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday
• Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday
• Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday
• Manage small on and offshore functional teams
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
• Architect Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
• Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets
