Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Lead to join our advisory team in California. You will lead Workday workstreams, craft global workplans, and manage client relationships while aligning with enterprise data-reporting solutions. Travel up to 100% may be required as projects demand.

You will apply industry-leading practices, prototype design options, and work within Accenture methodologies to deliver complex Workday configurations and year-end processes.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required.
• 3+ years consulting in Sr. Consultant or equivalent.
• 3+ years Workday Time Tracking/Absence implementations.
• 1+ year Education or Government experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent or 12+ years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstreams on Workday deployments.
• Create workplans for large global engagements; manage risk, budget, resources, and client relationships.
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Support new Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling requirements with clients.
• Configure Workday settings based on changes in requirements.
• Support regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes.
• Assist with legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
• Assist year-end reporting activities in Workday.
• Manage small on/offshore teams.
• Identify strategies, risks, and options; advise on approaches.
• Architect cohesive Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options via prototyping.
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Provide status updates to the Project Manager.
• Show strong client and stakeholder management.
• Support innovation with new methods and assets.
• Travel as needed (0–100%).
