Job summary

Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation is offering motivated college, graduate, and postgraduate interns the chance to support the Workday scheduling system across our park operations. This hands-on internship provides exposure to enterprise HR technology, project management, change management, and operational support.

Interns will assist with data conversion, end-to-end testing, employee training, and on-site rollout activities at park locations, with travel to assigned locations and

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in HR, business, MIS, IS, IT or related field.
• Sophomore, junior or senior standing preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to travel during implementation and rollout periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, validation and data conversion to support Workday.
• Assist with creation of Job Aids, User Guides and SharePoint content.
• Execute end-to-end testing, document results and validate system functionality.
• Support system rollout at multiple park locations on-site.
• Travel to park locations to assist with go-live activities and on-site support.
• Train managers and employees using training materials.
• Present project updates and testing results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, IT and project teams.
