Job summary

Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation is seeking an Operations Intern for Summer 2027 to support labor management and operational performance at Park Support Center and across U.S. park locations.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or Business Management with strong data analytics and Excel skills. Travel is extensive (70–80%) with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with good academic record.
• Experience in data analytics, project management, or similar duties is highly desired.
• Hospitality, amusement park, or waterpark experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical data to identify trends and indicators for labor management.
• Prepare action plans to gain labor efficiencies using Lean/Six Sigma with DMAIC.
• Support Director, Workforce Management and prepare status updates for leadership.
