Cognitioworld is seeking an intern to support a Workday implementation across multiple theme park locations. You will perform data entry, validation, and data conversion to ensure accurate system data.

You will help develop user guides, assist with end-to-end testing, and provide on-site support during go-live activities. Travel up to 50-75% may be required, and you will train staff on the new scheduling system.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a related degree.
• Sophomore, junior, or senior standing preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel during implementation and rollout periods.
• Familiarity with HR tech or enterprise software is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Perform data entry, validation, and data conversion to support Workday implementation.
• Support development of Job Aids, User Guides, and SharePoint site communications.
• Assist end-to-end testing by running test scripts, recording results, and documenting issues.
• Support rollout at multiple park locations and travel as needed.
• Travel to assigned locations to assist with go-live activities and on-site support.
• Train managers and employees on the new scheduling system using training materials.
• Present project updates and testing results to project leaders and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot user questions and escalate issues as needed.
• Document processes, testing logs, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, IT, and project teams for successful implementation.
